On or before close of business October 1, 2026, a refund will be issued less a processing fee of $100.00. Cancellations received after October 1, 2026, will be issued a credit to attend a future MEANA conference.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Laura Moritz at Association Meeting Planners via email to Laura@AssociationMeetingPlanners.com.
If the program is cancelled by GANA, a full refund will be issued to paid registrants. GANA assumes no responsibility for penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers for delays and/or cancellations.
