First night’s room and tax is required as a deposit using a major credit card.
Each room has up to 72 hours prior to check-in to cancel.
After you make your reservation, email the details to Laura to ensure you are counted in the GANA room block.
On or before close of business September 1, 2023, a refund will be issued less a processing fee of $150.00. Cancellations received after September 1, 2022, will be issued a credit to attend a future conference within 24 months.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Laura Moritz at Association Meeting Planners via email to Laura@AssociationMeetingPlanners.com.
If the program is cancelled by GANA, a full refund will be issued to paid registrants. GANA assumes no responsibility for penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers for delays and/or cancellations.
